Keith Pittman is an experienced trial attorney who has practiced with several distinguished Georgia law firms. He is AV® Rated in Martindale-Hubbell for almost 30 years, and he and his solo practice are a Georgia Super Lawyer (for 2022-2025).
Originally a resident of Columbus, Georgia, Keith moved to the Atlanta area to attend Emory University. He graduated Order of the Coif from the University of Georgia School of Law in 1993.
Keith represents individuals and entities confronted with issues and concerns about commercial or personal conduct. He has counseled clients regarding disputes and transactions in four countries, twenty-two states, and throughout the State of Georgia. His areas of practice have included:
- Business disputes and commercial litigation (construction, contract, real property)
- Economic torts (breach of fiduciary duty, fraud, deceptive trade practices, RICO)
- Professional liability (accounting, architectural, dental, legal, medical, nursing and other malpractice)
